Is the expression ‘orthopaedic appliances’ contained in heading 9021 of the Combined Nomenclature (‘CN’) (<span class="oj-super oj-note-tag">1</span>) to be interpreted as covering also a robotic arm attached to a wheelchair that enables the person reliant on that wheelchair to take over the functions of a natural arm and/or a natural hand?
If Question 1 is answered in the negative: Is the expression ‘other appliances … to compensate for a defect or disability’ contained in CN heading 9021 to be interpreted as covering also a robotic arm attached to a wheelchair that enables the person reliant on that wheelchair to take over the functions of a natural arm and/or a natural hand?
