By their actions under Article 263 TFEU, the applicants seek the annulment of the decisions of 12 October 2022 (Cases T-804/22 to T-809/22 and T-811/22 to T-824/22) and of 28 November 2022 (Cases T-825/22 and T-826/22) of the Head of the Members’ Salaries and Social Entitlement Unit of the European Parliament’s Directorate-General (DG) for Finance concerning the adjustment of their pensions or those of their relative, following the adoption of Decision No 150/2022 of 3 March 2022 of the Ufficio di Presidenza della Camera dei deputati (Office of the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Italy).

Operative part of the order

1.Cases T-804/22 to T-809/22 and T-811/22 to T-826/22 are joined for the purposes of the order.

2.The actions are dismissed, in part, as manifestly falling outside the General Court’s jurisdiction and, in part, as manifestly lacking any foundation in law.

3.Mr Vitaliano Gemelli, Mr Carlo Alberto Graziani, Mr Francesco Iacono, Mr Raffaele Lombardo, Mr Mario Mantovani, Ms Pasqualina Napoletano, Mr Luciano Pettinari, Mr Vincenzo Viola, Ms Luciana Sbarbati, Mr Riccardo Ventre, Mr Vincenzo Aita, Mr Aldo Arroni, Mr Vito Bonsignore, Mr Giorgio Carollo, Ms Anna Catasta, Ms Maria Teresa Coppo Gavazzi, Ms Maria Di Meo, Mr Pietro Di Prima, Mr Olivier Dupuis, Mr Livio Filippi, Ms Fiammetta Cucurnia and Mr Giorgio Gallenzi are ordered to pay the costs.
