Description of the concentration
This notification relates to the creation of a proposed full-function joint venture between Constellium N.V. (“Constellium”) and Tri-Arrows Aluminum Holding Inc. (“Tri-Arrows”) to manufacture aluminium flat-rolled products for automotive body-in-white. The joint venture will be based in Kentucky, United States.
The business activities of the undertakings concerned are:
-- for Constellium: manufacture and sale of rolled and extruded aluminium and related products;
-- for Tri-Arrows: manufacture and sale of rolled aluminium can sheet.
