Operative part of the judgment

The Tribunal:

1.Annuls the decision of the Director of Directorate K ‘External service’ of Directorate-General ‘External Relations’ of the Commission of the European Communities of 15 April 2005, informing the applicant that she would not be recruited as head of administration of the delegation in Guinea;

2.Dismisses the remainder of the action;

3.Orders the Commission of the European Communities to pay the costs.
