Application: brought under Articles 242 EC, 243 EC, 157 EA and 158 EA, in which Mr Bligny seeks, first, suspension of the decisions of the selection board of 23 November and 7 December 2006 refusing to admit him to competition EPSO/AD/26/05 and, secondly, as a provisional measure, an order for his written test in that competition to be corrected.
