Description of the concentration
On 20 November 2023, the European Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 involving the acquisition by ENGIE and GE of the joint control of Idesamgar SL, active in the area of wind farms in Spain.
The business activities of the undertakings concerned are:

-- GE is a global, diversified manufacturing, technology and services company.
