1.Article 1 of, and paragraph 1(b) of Annex I to, Commission Regulation (EU) No 547/2011 of 8 June 2011 implementing Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards labelling requirements for plant protection products, must be interpreted as meaning that an importer introducing a plant protection product in a Member State, on the basis of a parallel trade permit, may, on the packaging of that product, replace the name and address of the holder of the authorisation in the Member State of origin with its own name and address.

2.Article 1 of Regulation No 547/2011 and paragraph 1(f) of Annex I thereto must be interpreted as meaning that an importer introducing a plant protection product in a Member State, on the basis of a parallel trade permit, is obliged to display, on the packaging of that product, the batch number of the formulation concerned initially allocated by the manufacturer.
