2.Orders Fachvereinigung Mineralfaserindustrie eV Deutsche Gruppe der Eurima – European Insulation Manufacturers Association to bear its own costs as well as those incurred by the Commission;
3.Orders the Federal Republic of Germany to bear its own costs.
