The Court:
1.Annuls Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/72 of 17 January 2019 imposing a definitive countervailing duty on imports of electric bicycles originating in the People’s Republic of China in so far as it concerns the applicant;
2.Orders the European Commission to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by Giant Electric Vehicle Kunshan.
