acquire sole control over SBI Holding B.V. (“SBI”) by the acquisition of shares.
Bominflot’s main activities are in the areas of bunkering and bunker trading. Its physical
bunkering operations in Europe are located in Germany, Greece, Estonia, Spain and Gibraltar.
SBI is also active in bunkering and bunker trading. Its physical bunkering operations are
located in The Netherlands.
