By their application under Articles 278 and 279 TFEU, the applicants seek, first, the suspension of the enforcement of the second decision of the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) of 22 February 2024, by which the latter informed the applicants that the tender that they had submitted had not been successful in the call for tenders EUSPA/OP/01/23 and, second, that EUSPA is ordered not to conclude the framework contract with the accepted tenderer.
