By its action based on Article 263 TFEU, the Kingdom of the Netherlands seeks annulment of the letter bearing reference Ares(2022) 99942 which the services of the European Commission sent it on 6 January 2022 in relation to its request for a four-year extension of the eight-year time limit prescribed for the recovery of the payments unduly made to Telerscoöperatie FresQ U. A. under the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF).
