Description of the concentration
This notification concerns the following undertakings:
Montagu Private Equity LLP (Montagu), incorporated in the United Kingdom. Montagu is not controlled by any entity within the meaning of Art. 3(2) of the Merger Regulation; and
TA Associates Management, L.P. (TA Associates), incorporated in the United States. TA Associates is not controlled by any entity within the meaning of Art. 3(2) of the Merger Regulation.
Montagu and TA Associates acquire, within the meaning of Article 3(1), point (b) of the Merger Regulation, joint control of Harvest.
The concentration is accomplished by way of purchase of shares.
The business activities of the undertakings concerned are:
a. for Montagu: private equity investment.
b. for TA Associates: private equity investment.
c. for Harvest: creation and design of digital solutions and software for professionals in wealth management and finance.
