—Infringement of Article 94(1) of Regulation 2017/1001 of the European Parliament and of the Council, (1) read in conjunction with Article 296 TFEU and Article 41(2)(c) of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, and with Article 60(1)(b), Article 8(3) and Article 21(2a) of that regulation;

—Infringement of Article 60(1)(b), Article 8(3), Article 21(2a), Article 94(1) and Article 95(1) of Regulation 2017/1001;

—Infringement of Article 95(1) of Regulation 2017/1001 and Article 94(1) of that regulation, read in conjunction with the final subparagraph of Article 89(1) of Council Regulation (EC) No 40/94 (2) and Article 76(1), (2) and (4)(c) of Commission Regulation (EU) No 2868/1995. (3)
