Description of the concentration

The proposed concentration consists of the acquisition of sole control by Tenedora Nemak, S.A. de C.V., Mexico of TK Aluminum "A" which comprises several subsidiaries and assets of TK Aluminum Ltd., Bermuda with production facilities located in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, the USA, China and Poland. Nemak and TK Aluminum "A" are manufacturers of castings for the automotive industry with a focus on the manufacture and supply of cylinder heads and engine blocks, mainly to customers located in North, Central and South America.
