1.Is a tour organiser or a retailer from an EU Member State obliged to inform, pursuant to Article 5(1)(f) of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 (1) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on package travel [and linked travel arrangements], amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 90/314/EEC (‘the Directive’), in the same manner and to the same extent, both travellers who are citizens of EU Member States and other travellers?

2.Does the fact that a tour organiser or a retailer provides travellers who are not citizens of an EU Member State with general information on passport and visa requirements, including approximate periods for obtaining visas, of the country of destination, by a reference to the website of an embassy of the country of destination, constitute a breach of the obligation to provide information pursuant to Article 5(1)(f) of the Directive?

3.Is the fact that a package tour contract was entered into shortly before the expected time of the package tour, in the case at hand less than 48 hours beforehand, relevant for the scope of the above obligation to provide information, with respect to a citizen who is not a national of an EU Member State?
