By its action under Article 263 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment of the European Commission’s decisions of 21 January 2022 rejecting the tender which it submitted in the call for tenders DIGIT/A3/PR/2019/010 entitled ‘Trans-European Services for Telematics between Administrations (TESTA)’ and awarding the contract to the intervener, BT Global Services Belgium.
