Description of the concentration
The notified transaction related to the creation of a joint venture, Nidec Aerospace LLC, by Nidec Motor Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nidec Corporation, and Embraer Aircraft Holding Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Embraer S.A., within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) and Article 3(4) of Regulation (EC) No 139/2004. Nidec Aerospace LLC will develop and manufacture electric propulsion systems for aeronautical applications.
