SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
1. Colas SA, a subsidiary of Bouygues SA, intends to acquire 100% of the shares in, and sole control over, Destia Oy. Bouygues SA is the parent company of the Bouygues Group.
2. The Bouygues Group is headquartered in Paris, France, and its group companies are active in construction, media and telecoms worldwide. Colas SA is an operator in transport infrastructure construction and maintenance. It operates in over 50 countries worldwide.
3. Destia Oy provides road and railway construction, earth and rock services, construction technology services, urban development and design services mainly in Finland.
