Annulment of the decision not to include the applicant among the officials promoted to grade AD13 under the 2009 promotion procedure.
Form of order sought
The applicant claims that the Tribunal should:
—Annul the decision of the EESC appointing authority, adopted and published on 30 June 2009, not to include the applicant’s name on the list of officials promoted to grade AD 13 under the 2009 promotion procedure;
—So far as necessary, annul the EESC appointing authority’s decision of 5 February 2010 rejecting the complaint brought by the applicant under Article 90(2) of the Staff Regulations;
—Order the defendant to pay the costs.
