By her action based on Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks annulment of Decision D/374/20 of the European Commission of 4 December 2020 rejecting her request for assistance and of Decision Ares(2021) 3466486 of the Commission of 21 May 2021 concerning the referral of her case to the Invalidity Committee, and compensation for the damage she alleges she has suffered.
