By her action based on Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, annulment of the decision of the European Commission of 17 April 2019 by which the Commission imposed on her a disciplinary penalty in the form of a reprimand and, second, compensation for the non-material and material damage which she claims to have suffered as a result of that decision.
