Description of the concentration
En+ GROUP LIMITED, Jersey ("En+"), has submitted a Short Form notification under Annex II to Regulation No (EC) 802/2004 in respect of the acquisition of sole control of ОАО NK Russneft, Russia ("Russneft"), and its subsidiaries.
The main business activities of the undertakings concerned are:
-- for En+: energy, aluminum, coal and magnesium, and
-- for Russneft: crude oil, natural gas and refined oil products.
