On 8 October 2024, the Commission received notification concerning the proposed acquisition by funds managed by OEP Capital Advisors, L.P. (collectively “OEP”) of sole control within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation of Comau S.p.A. (“Comau”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Stellantis N.V. (“Stellantis”) (the “Transaction”). At closing of the Transaction, Comau will be solely controlled by funds managed by OEP, with Stellantis retaining a non-controlling minority interest.
