[I]s Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights, and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 295/91 (1) to be interpreted as meaning that the compensation provided for in Article 7, in conjunction with Article 4(3), is also payable to persons travelling with the person who is denied boarding and who, although not denied boarding themselves, no longer wish to travel or are no longer interested in travelling without the person who has been denied boarding[?]
