Description of the concentration
This notification concerns the following undertakings:
• Petronord, a company registered in Sweden, controlled by Mabanaft GmbH & Co. KG and ultimately Marquard & Bahls AG, both registered in Germany.
• PS Energi, a company registered in Sweden, jointly controlled by Petronord, Magnus Sjöö AB and Linda Sjöö AB.
Petronord acquires, within the meaning of Article 3(1), point (b) of the Merger Regulation, sole control of the whole of PS Energi.
