By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, annulment of (i) the decision of the Commission of 20 July 2020 refusing his request to receive an early retirement pension from 1 November 2019, (ii) the decision of 1 July 2021 rejecting his complaint R/137/21, (iii) 56 administrative decisions and the decision of 26 February 2021 rejecting his complaint R/512/20 and, second, compensation for the material and non-material damage purportedly suffered as a result of those decisions.

The Court:

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Declares that each party is to bear its own costs.
