By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment in part of the decision of the European Commission of 28 September 2023 confirming the transfer to the pension scheme of the institutions of the European Union of his pension rights acquired prior to his entry into the service of the European Union, in so far as the Commission refused to reimburse him the amount of EUR 32 723,22.
