The applicant claims that the Court should:

annul the decision of 30 January 2024 not to select the applicant for the post of Head of Secondary Sales, Valuations & Co-Investments and to appoint another candidate ;

annul the decision dated 19 July 2024 rejecting the applicant’s request for administrative review of 29 March 2024 ;

order the compensation for the damage suffered by the applicant ; and,

order the reimbursement by the defendant of all the costs.

In support of the action, the applicant relies on three pleas in law.

1.First plea in law, alleging some manifest errors of assessment and a breach of the Vacancy Notice and a breach of the interest of the service.

2.Second plea in law, alleging a breach of the procedure, of the principle of non-discrimination and of the principle of legal certainty.
