—annul the decision of 30 January 2024 not to select the applicant for the post of Head of Secondary Sales, Valuations & Co-Investments and to appoint another candidate ;
—annul the decision dated 19 July 2024 rejecting the applicant’s request for administrative review of 29 March 2024 ;
—order the compensation for the damage suffered by the applicant ; and,
—order the reimbursement by the defendant of all the costs.
