Application for annulment of the applicants’ salary statements for February 2011 and the salary statements for the following months applying the new correction coefficient for the town of Varese in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No 1239/2010 of 20 December 2010.
Form of order sought
—Annul the decisions establishing the applicants’ salary statements on the basis of the correction coefficient for the town of Varese set out in Council Regulation (EC) No 1239/2010 of 20 December 2010 applicable with effect from 1 July 2010;
—Annul the decision of the appointing authority of 12 July 2011 rejecting the applicants’ complaints concerning the correction coefficient applied to Varese;
—Order the Commission to pay the costs.
