By her action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks the annulment of (i) the decision of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) of 17 October 2022 rejecting her two complaints brought under Article 90(2) of the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union; the first was brought on 17 June 2022 against the decision of the executive director of Frontex of 18 March 2022, confirming, as appeal assessor, her 2021 appraisal report, and the second was brought on 1 July 2022 against the decision to terminate her employment contract, allegedly contained in the letters from Frontex of 30 March and 17 May 2022, and (ii) her 2021 appraisal report.

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Orders TT and the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) each to bear their own costs.
