SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
This notification concerns the proposed acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (“HPE”) of sole control over Juniper Networks, Inc (“Juniper”) within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of Council Regulation (EC) 139/2004.
The concentration is accomplished by purchase of shares. Pursuant to definitive agreement between HPE and Juniper, HPE will acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Juniper.
