In Joined Cases C‑322/19 REC and C‑385/19 REC,

TWO REQUESTS for a preliminary ruling under Article 267 TFEU from the High Court (Ireland) (C‑322/19 REC) and from the International Protection Appeals Tribunal (Ireland) (C‑385/19 REC), made by decisions of 25 March 2019 and 16 May 2019, received at the Court on 23 April 2019 and 16 May 2019 respectively, in the proceedings

makes the following

1On 14 January 2021, the Court (Fourth Chamber) delivered its judgment in The International Protection Appeals Tribunal and Others (C‑322/19 and C‑385/19, EU:C:2021:11).

2The introductory part of that judgment contains errors which it is appropriate for the Court to rectify at the request of the High Court (Ireland) pursuant to Article 103(1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice.

On those grounds, the Court (Fourth Chamber) hereby orders:

In the introductory part of the judgment of 14 January 2021, The International Protection Appeals Tribunal and Others (C‑322/19 and C‑385/19, EU:C:2021:11), the indications relating to the observations submitted shall be rectified as follows:

‘K.S., by M. Conlon, Senior Counsel, E. Dornan and P. O’Shea, Barristers-at-Law, and by B. Burns, Solicitor,

the Minister for Justice and Equality and Ireland, by M. Browne, G. Hodge and A. Joyce, acting as Agents, and by R. Barron, Senior Counsel, and S.-J. Hillery, Barrister-at-Law,

the European Commission, by A. Azéma, C. Ladenburger and J. Tomkin, acting as Agents.’

The original of this order shall be annexed to the original of the rectified judgment. A note of this order shall be made in the margin of the original of the rectified judgment.
