By his action pursuant to Article 270 TFEU, the applicant, QN, seeks, first, annulment of his 2019 appraisal report and, in so far as necessary, annulment of the decision of 22 December 2020 of the European Commission rejecting his complaint and, second, compensation for the non-material damage he allegedly suffered on account of that report.
