By her action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks an order that the European Commission reimburse the amount corresponding to the national pension rights she acquired before entry into the service of the European Union and transferred to the pension scheme of the EU institutions under Article 11(2) of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union.

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Orders PT to bear her own costs and to pay those incurred by the European Commission;

3.Declares that the Council of the European Union is to bear its own costs.
