By his action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, in the first place, the annulment of the European Commission’s decision of 25 October 2023 not to renew his employment contract and, in so far as necessary, annulment of the decision of the authority empowered to conclude contracts of employment with the Commission of 29 May 2024 rejecting the applicant’s complaint against that decision and, in the second place, his reinstatement in the Commission or, in the alternative, compensation for the harm he has suffered as a result of those decisions.

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Orders EZ to pay the costs.
