Application for annulment of the decision to terminate the applicant’s contract on disciplinary grounds and for payment of a sum by way of compensation for the material and non-material damage claimed to have been suffered.

—Annul the decision of the authority authorised to conclude the contracts of 11 October 2010 to terminate the applicant’s contract early, with two months’ notice, expiring on 11 December 2010;
