By their action under Article 263 TFEU, the applicants seek the annulment of Commission Decision (EU) 2019/1352 of 2 April 2019 on the State aid SA.44896 implemented by the United Kingdom concerning CFC Group Financing Exemption (OJ 2019 L 216, p. 1).
1.There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the present action.
2.There is no longer any need to adjudicate on the application to intervene submitted by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
3.The European Commission shall bear its own costs and pay those incurred by Howden Group Holdings Ltd and HIG Finance Ltd, with the exception of those relating to the application to intervene.
4.Howden Group Holdings, HIG Finance, the Commission and the United Kingdom are to bear their own costs relating to the application to intervene.
