Should Article 6(1) and Article 7(1) of Council Directive 93/13/EEC of 5 April 1993 on unfair terms in consumer contracts, as well as the principle of effectiveness, be interpreted as precluding national provisions whereby consumers can be ordered to pay the costs of proceedings in which a national court has allowed an action brought by a seller or supplier claiming that the consumer should be ordered to repay the sums disbursed on the basis of an agreement which is invalid as a result of the fact that it includes unfair contractual terms?
