Description of the concentration

Emil Frey Automobil Holding d.o.o. contemplates the acquisition, in the car retail sector, of the entire share capital of Autocommerce d.o.o., Avto Triglav d.o.o. Ljubljana and AC-Mobil d.o.o. Ljubljana and, by consequence, of their subsidiaries.

Emil Frey Automobil Holding d.o.o. is part of the Emil Frey Group that is active in the import and distribution of new and used motor vehicles of different brands in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Croatia and Austria at both wholesale and retail levels, including distribution of original equipment spare parts and repair and maintenance services. The Emil Frey has two subsidiaries in Slovenia active in the automotive business.
