Operative part of the judgment

The Tribunal:

1.Annuls the decision of 28 November 2011 by which the European Police Office granted Mr Hanschmann the sum of EUR 13 000 in order to comply with the judgment of the Tribunal of 29 June 2010 in Case F-27/09 Hanschmann v Europol;

2.Orders the European Police Office to bear its own costs and to pay those incurred by Mr Hanschmann.
