By her action under Article 270 TFEU, the applicant seeks, first, the annulment of the decision of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) of 3 July 2019 rejecting a claim for compensation for the damage she allegedly suffered and, secondly, compensation for that damage as well as for the damage she allegedly suffered as a result of that decision.

Operative part of the judgment

The Court:

Annuls the decision of the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) of 3 July 2019 rejecting a claim for compensation for the damage allegedly suffered by Ms Helene Hamers;

Orders Cedefop to pay Ms Hamers EUR 5 000 in compensation for the non-material damage suffered;

Dismisses the action as for the remainder;

Orders Cedefop to pay the costs of the proceedings before the General Court and the Court of Justice.
