Re:

Annulment of the pay slips of the applicants for December 2010 and their pay slips of the following months to the extent that they contain no correction of the adjustment of remunerations taking account of the corrective coefficient for their place of employment.

The Tribunal:

1.Dismisses the action;

2.Orders Messrs Lebedef, Jones and Gonzales Gonzales and Mrs Lebedef-Caponi to bear their own costs and to pay the costs incurred by the European Commission;

3.Orders the Council of the European Union to bear its own costs.
