By her application based on Articles 278 and 279 TFEU, the applicant seeks, in particular, first, a stay of execution of the European Commission’s decision of 20 July 2023 by which it declared that, with effect from 15 September 2023, all the applicant’s IT access would be revoked and all data concerning her in the IT system would be definitively deleted until the Court has ruled on the action in the main proceedings and, second, that the Commission be asked to reinstate her access to Sysper and to restore her entire administrative file, to reinstate her access to her Ares account and to restore all of her data as well as to allow her to maintain access to her Outlook account and to provide her with the technical means and support to enable her to send and receive encrypted messages.

Operative part of the order

1.The application for interim measures is dismissed.

2.The order of 13 September 2023, QI v Commission (T-562/23 R), is revoked.

3.The costs are reserved.
