—annul the EIF’s decision of 2 January 2024 not to select the applicant past the pre-selection stage in the framework of four recruitment procedures (Head of Secondary Sales, Valuations & Co-Investments; Head of GreenTech; Head of Portfolio Risk Management & Surveillance; Head of Resource Planning COP coordination & Performance Monitoring);
—annul the EIF’s decision dated 19 July 2024 rejecting the applicant’s request for administrative review of 1 March 2024;
—order the defendant to pay all the costs.
