The Court:
1.Dismisses the action;
2.Orders Royal Scandinavian Casino Århus I/S, in addition to bearing its own costs, to pay those incurred by the European Commission, Betfair Group plc, Betfair International Ltd and the European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA).
3.Orders the Kingdom of Denmark and the Republic of Malta to bear their own costs.
