1.Is a passenger entitled to receive in full the compensation provided for in Article 7 of Regulation No 261/2004 (1) for long delay of flights, even when a third party, other than a passenger, has already made a payment to the passenger as compensation for the delay suffered, or should such payment be deducted?
2.If such a deduction should be made: Is that deduction applicable only to claims for damages within the meaning of German law or also to claims for a price reduction?
