SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
The proposed concentration consists the acquisition of sole control over Aura Light International AB by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the EUMR.
The areas of activity of the undertakings concerned by the notified concentration are:
Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) – Financial services;
Aura Light International AB – Product development, manufacture and sale of lighting solutions for business customers.
The Concentration gives rise to no competition concerns.
