(Case T-317/25)

(C/2025/4178)

Language of the case: Greek

Parties

Applicant: JG (represented by: G. Trantas, lawyer)

Defendant: European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol)

Form of order sought

The applicant claims that the Court should:

order that the applicant’s situation be restored in relation to the extension of her contract;

order that compensation be paid to her in respect of the remainder of her employment contract of 4 years that was terminated unlawfully and unduly, that is to say, remuneration for 39 months;

order compensation for the non-material damage suffered in the amount of EUR 150 000,00; and

order the reimbursement of all legal and associated costs incurred in bringing the present action.

Pleas in law and main arguments

In support of the action, the applicant claims that the termination of her employment was due to unacceptable and unprofessional conduct constituting harassment on the part of her superior, to which the service did not in any way react. This runs counter to the provisions of the Staff Regulations, the Code of Conduct and the internal control procedures of the EU institutions.
