SECTION 1.2
Description of the concentration
(1) The European Commission received notification of a proposed concentration under
Article 4 of the EU Merger Regulation pursuant to which Alliance Automotive Group
will acquire sole control over PartsPoint Group B.V.
(2) Alliance Automotive Group is active in the wholesale distribution of automotive spare
parts for light and commercial vehicles to the automotive aftermarket in France,
Germany, Poland and the United Kingdom.
(3) PartsPoint Group B.V. is active in the wholesale distribution of automotive aftermarket
light vehicle parts and accessories in Belgium and The Netherlands.
